Our client, Berner International, a global leader in air curtains, invites candidates for the role of International Sales Manager.

Headquartered in New Castle, Pa., Berner combines engineering, leading-edge technology and a skilled workforce to produce the most efficient and reliable air curtains on the market.  Berner has been helping customers save energy for more than 60 years.

The International Sales Manager is responsible for developing and driving international growth via strategic relationships in highly competitive and complex international markets. Key expectations include:

  • Develop business growth plans and sales strategies for international territories
  • Create a network of representatives to drive export sales in targeted markets
  • Manage distributors, resellers and business advisors for targeted markets
  • Implement analytics systems to track sales trends and identify growth opportunities
  • Oversee supporting marketing initiatives, including pricing optimization
  • Acquire market intelligence and competitor knowledge for targeted markets
  • Work with Berner support team to ensure compliance with US export regulations
  • Demonstrate standards that reflect Berner International’s Core Value & Sales Leadership Model

The ideal candidate will have five years of demonstrated success in international business development and proven ability to close sales. Prior experience in air movement equipment or HVAC and managing P&L for international markets is highly desirable. Fluency in English and 50% international travel is required.
