Welcome Amanda Kochirka!

We are very happy to announce that Amanda Kochirka has joined the Decision Associates team as a consultant! Amanda, originally from Meadville, is a Graduate of Gannon University with a BA in Communication Arts and a Master's in Public Administration (with a concentration in Organizational Leadership). She has held positions with Mercyhurst University, The Nonprofit Partnership, the Small Business Development Center at Gannon University and the Erie Regional Chamber and Growth Partnership. Amanda will play an integral role in Human Capital Development as well as our other practice areas.

Working in her family business from an early age instilled in Amanda a passion for helping businesses grow and thrive. Throughout her career, she has worked with businesses in the region to help them identify what success looks like, create a plan of action and achieve their goals while confidently overcoming challenges. Amanda’s variety of experience in business startup consulting, market research, organizational development and strategic planning has afforded her a broad perspective on how to guide businesses in finding paths to their goals as well as an understanding of the importance of making data-driven decisions. Amanda is also an experienced presenter and speaker, having created and delivered training on a range of topics including business planning, market research, leadership development, effective communication, social media marketing, fundraising and brand development.

Amanda serves on the Board of Directors for the Pennsylvania Breast Cancer Coalition, the Board of Directors for the Foundation for Erie’s Public Schools, the Luncheon Committee for the ATHENA Erie program and on the Advisory Board for the Mercyhust Institute for Arts & Culture. She is married to Andrew and they reside in the Harborcreek area.
