Decision Associates’ peer groups offer learning opportunities and confidential peer interaction for owners, executives and up-and-coming leaders.
Our peer groups help business leaders step out of the day-to-day and focus on the big picture. Participants gain firsthand insights and experience from executives in similar roles. Often, discussions include topics that are too sensitive to share with others in the business or require a level of understanding beyond the scope of staff.
Each of our three levels of peer groups at Decision Associates – CEO/Owner, Executive Leadership, and Next Generation – are based around member-only monthly meetings. Typical sessions include a combination of hot topics, group discussion, breakout sessions and case studies. We also incorporate outside resources and speakers. Peer group participants play a key role in determining the agenda and direction that best meets their needs.
