We were very pleased with the Customer Survey presented by Decision Associates and the information that was gathered as a result of their questions. In one instance, we thought we may be losing a customer due to their move across country, but learned that the distance was not a problem for them and that, in fact, they were going to increase their orders from us. This is a comment that we were not able to get on our own.

A partner in Decision Associates since its founding in 1984, Sue Moore has become a skilled business manager and marketer, helping other businesses grow as if they were her own.
She led a 200-member Chamber of Commerce for nearly a decade, owned a contract accounting business, and worked with an industry association to develop marketing and promotion campaigns for their members, before becoming a full-time consultant with Decision Associates. Sue’s hands-on experience with special events, merchandising and media relations has earned the respect of small business owners, manufacturers and nonprofit organizations.
Sue’s focus is internal marketing for the company, including the Decision Associates newsletter “Web Wire”, “Decision Point” bulletins, and our printed materials. She also conducts customer surveys as part of our marketing plans. By talking one-on-one with our client’s customers and suppliers, Sue can get to the root of problems and concerns, and also relay the praises of employees and business practices. At the same time, she assists in discovering marketing trends within their industry that can also be used as part of the ISO requirements.
A magna cum laude graduate of Mercyhurst College, Erie, PA with a BA degree in Business Management, Sue worked as a paralegal for ten years before launching Decision Associates with her husband, Don Moore. She is an elected Judge of Elections for North East Township, a member of the Erie Chamber Committee, ArtsErie board member, Community Nursing Services of North East board member, American Cancer Society Relay for Life committee, President – Erie Chapter of National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) and is active in her church.
Sue has previously been involved as President of North East School District PTA, a Boy Scout Merit Badge and US Congressional Award counselor, Mercyhurst North East Adopt-a-Student program and the PA Grape Queen Committee.
