As a sales and marketing consultant at Decision Associates, Mike uses his diverse sales and marketing background to create effective marketing strategies, sales strategies and strategic planning initiatives for local businesses and organizations. He helps guide business owners and management teams through the implementation of these plans to ensure a successful partnership.
Mike has had a successful sales and marketing career in a variety of industries from banking to media. He earned a BS in Financial Economics from SUNY Binghamton University with concentrations in Industrial and International Trade and a minor in Graphic Design.
Prior to moving to Erie in 2008, Mike was the General Sales Manager of WVBR, a nonprofit, commercial broadcast station located in Ithaca, NY. Most recently he was a Branch Manager for First Niagara Bank, concentrating on small business development in the Erie area. In both organizations, Mike has worked closely with a variety of clients whose industries included manufacturing, health care, retail development, property management and nonprofits.
Mike is active in many local organizations: Treasurer of the Advertising Federation of Northwest Pennsylvania (formerly the Erie Ad Club), the Executive Committee of Young Erie Professionals, member of the Erie Art Museum’s Event Planning Committee and is active in the Erie Regional Chamber and Growth Partnership.
