As Administrative Assistant, Madeline works within each of the consulting practices of Decision Associates by providing administrative and project support, as well as data management. She uses her skills to assist in providing back office organization and support for internal and external customer related projects.
Prior to joining Decision Associates, Madeline held several retail management positions and has an extensive customer service background with high levels of problem solving experience. She has been active in several nonprofit organizations directly dealing with the social development of young children and youth and brings that knowledge to our nonprofit client base. Previously she was Administrative Assistant for Urban Erie Development where she reported directly to the Executive Director and managed all office procedures and accounts, and was also employed at First American where she achieved record-high customer satisfaction rankings.
Madeline speaks, reads and writes fluently in Spanish. She holds a BS in Business Management from The University of Phoenix, Independence Campus, Ohio. Madeline is an Erie native who loves the community and is active in her church, is a Latin Dance Instructor and enjoys spending quality time with her family.
