Joe Gausman’s credibility comes from more than 30 years in manufacturing, from operations to executive management. As part of the Decision Associates’ team, Joe has assisted business and nonprofit organizations in focus groups, interim HR manager, and succession planning.

Joe has worked in the electronics, plastics, tool and die, machining and powdered metal industries and has more than 15 years experience in human resources management. His background includes operations experience in the areas of manufacturing management, industrial engineering, quality assurance, plant engineering and facilities management. He has made a career working for small companies in northwest Pennsylvania including a division of a Fortune 500 corporation. Among them are Bliley Technologies, Plastek Industries, Inc., and Elgin Electronics.

Joe is a graduate of Gannon University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial management and an MBA with a concentration in organizational behavior and strategic planning. He is past chairman of the Waterford Township Zoning Hearing Board, President of the Fort LeBoeuf School District Foundation and Erie Coalition of Housing Organization (ECHO) Facilitator and Lead Team member.
