At Decision Associates, Abby is involved with marketing and seminar coordination for our clients, as well as executive recruitment. Her background brings a wealth of recruitment experience as she was once owner of The Compass Group in Charleston, SC prior to relocating back to her native Erie. During her seven years with The Compass Group, Abby also served as Director of Recruiting and Client Services for the firm, which specialized in placing transitioning Junior Military Officers (JMOs) into Fortune 500 companies throughout the United States. Industries served include: aerospace, consulting, engineering, financial services, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and real estate. With a varied background, she is assisting the Decision Associates clients in all industry types from business to nonprofit.
Abby is a cum laude graduate of Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH, where she earned a BSBA in Human Resource Management. Abby was a member of the Women’s Varsity Rowing Team, Student Government Association, Delta Sigma Pi Honors Business Fraternity, and participated in the Study Abroad Summer Program at the University of Dublin, Ireland.
She is active in the community as a member of the Board of Directors of the Erie Art Museum, the Board of Directors of the Sisters of St. Joseph Neighborhood Network, and the Board of Incorporators at St. Vincent Health Center. Additionally, Abby serves on the Annual Catholic Charities Ball Steering Committee and the Neighborhood Art House Development Board. Abby is also a graduate of the Erie Regional Chamber and Growth Partnership’s Erie Ambassadors program.
Abby is an active member at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Erie and serves on the Annual Irish Festival Planning Committee.
An Erie native, she is delighted to be back in the area where she resides with her husband Matt.
