Donald W. Moore

Since founding Decision Associates in 1984, Don Moore and his team have helped hundreds of businesses, nonprofits, school districts, government agencies and authorities develop strategies for growth and improvement. Don's career started in a management program  in sales followed by planning and materials management and finally on a team to move a local manufacturing company to Arizona/Mexico. He then returned to Erie to a company that was just launching, where he learned the fundamental elements of business in an integrated way. He built Decision Associates on the model that marketing, sales, planning, operations, material management, engineering and employee skills had to all click for the company to compete, and uses those principles when he works with his clients to move them through successive stages of growth.
