What Do You Really Know About the People You Hire?
Hire People You Can Rely On!

If you spend your life working with companies that employ people, you quickly come to recognize that some employees are, simply, less reliable than others.  The problem is, they didn't seem like that when they were interviewed and the employment world is full of business owners and managers saying “If only I'd known”.  There's no doubt that the more we know about someone before we employ them, the greater the likelihood that we will employ more of the right people. But, when it comes to such areas as:

  • Persistent tardiness and absenteeism
  • Workplace Dishonesty
  • Drug Use
  • Carelessness
  • Frequent Job Changes
  • Unauthorized Internet and email usage

Traditional interviewing techniques and many assessments simply don't tell us what we need to know.   That's why Profiles International has developed Step One Survey II, an assessment designed to answer a number of key questions such as:

  • Can this applicant be trusted?
  • Can I believe this applicant's CV?
  • Is this applicant drug-free?
  • Is this applicant dependable?
  • Will this applicant be a long-term, hard-working employee?

If we know the answers to these questions, we can be much more confident that the people we employ will live up to our expectations.
So, if you have employees that:

  • Look after stock or have access to cash in retail or warehousing locations
  • Look after petty cash or manage financial accounts in an office
  • Look after guests and their property in hotels and restaurants
  • Visit customers' or clients’ homes as part of their daily work
  • Drive company vehicles on public roads
  • Operate equipment in manufacturing
  • Need to turn up at work on time every day and do a fair and honest day's work!

Then you should be using the SOS II every time you recruit.
