Skills Testing Now Available!

Decision Associates, in conjunction with Profiles International, now offers an array of Skills Tests to assist clients in evaluating skills, abilities and competencies in a wide variety of fields. These skills tests are current, reliable, accurate, validated, quick, easy to administer and inexpensive. They are great tools to add to your hiring and development efforts.
Employers in all sectors of our economy need to know the specific level of skills new and existing employees bring to the table. These skills tests provide that information so you really know what you are getting. Unfortunately, it is a fact of life that many individuals misrepresent their actual skill levels on resumes and in interviews. Sometimes, it is deliberate misrepresentation. More often, however, people have an inflated opinion of the skill levels they really possess. The Profile International skills tests remove all doubt. Their catalog covers all the Microsoft Office skills, clerical/office/computer literacy skills, accounting and finance knowledge, legal, medical office, nursing, industrial skills, food service skills, retail sales skills, IT skills and staffing/HR skills among others.
Setting up your account is quick and easy. Everything is on-line and you will have access to your own site for administration. The cost is modest. You can have your own testing site for only $400.00…a one-time fee. Each test costs only $25 to $30 depending upon the volume you decide to purchase. A test “meter” can be used for any of the skills tests.
