Management One-on-One Interviews/Assessment
All managers and supervisors must be on board with the mission, vision, objectives and principles that the organization espouses and promulgates. Comprehensive interviews reveal gaps in that support that can be addressed through education and development.

All true development and behavioral change is derived from recognition that change is necessary for success in a changing world. Decision Associates meets with senior management to ensure that the appropriate mind-set is in place to effect change.

Feedback/Focus Groups
Decision Associates assists in facilitating feedback and focus groups to address areas of concern identified through the Climate and Culture surveys.
