We used Jim Ryan’s expertise and judgment when we needed to hire a new general manager. During the process, he kept us up to date on what was going on and what he was doing and what we would be seeing, and how many candidates he had found. We ended up hiring one of three that Jim narrowed the search to, and he’s a crackerjack and I am really pleased. It went extremely well.

If you answered yes, you should apply for a chance to benefit from $30,000 in free capacity building services.
In the fall of 2011, Decision Associates will award one* local nonprofit up to $30,000 in free services to be used towards building their organizational capacity. The program is designed to make a significant impact for one local nonprofit by addressing a series of needs that would contribute to an organization’s success.

- Marketing and communication Planning
- Succession planning
